About The 1000 Small Businesses Project
I created the 1000 Small Businesses Project with the simple idea of helping 1000 small businesses grow and flourish in 2010. I’ve been around small business all my life and have run my own for 10 years. I’ve seen firsthand the ups and downs of small business…and I believe it is the biggest force for economic and social change in the world.
I firmly believe that building small business, builds the economy both here in my home-the USA-and around the world.
So I created this site to share what I’ve learned, and more importantly to bring together the smart business people who’ve helped me over the years so they can share their knowledge and experience with you.
I’ve put together 5 ways for you to benefit from the site. To get the most out the information we’re sharing here, I recommend you signup to receive our free weekly email tips (see the signup box on the right).

If you need this type of help you can learn more about what I do.
5. Share With a Friend
If you’ve made it this far, then I need your help. Help me impact 1000 small businesses this year by sending a business owner you know a link to 1000smallbusinesses.com and invite them to visit the site.
All the best in 2010!
